The Orville Beach Building was originally designed by famous architect, William Waters, who was known for his Queen Anne style designs. The building is being completely transformed and specially redesigned to meet the needs of modern-day residents. The apartments include fiber gigabit internet, a first-floor coffee shop, and coworking space on the main floor. These micro, one, and two-bedroom apartments are conveniently located in the heart of Downtown Oshkosh, close to UW Oshkosh and Main Street, so you can easily walk to class, work, or the Farmer’s Markets on Saturday mornings in the summertime.
A variety of micro units, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments will be available to rent November 1st. The micro units will be adaptable open concept style apartments with murphy beds. The one-bedroom units have spacious offices with sliding barn doors, large skylights in the living space, and spacious bedrooms. There is a two-bedroom on the corner of each floor with tons of large windows giving tenants a great view of Downtown Oshkosh!
