Black Teak Properties was founded in 2001 by Eric & Megan Hoopman (Sibling Team), with only one client and a small group of apartment buildings. Since then, BTP has grown to be one of the top management firms in The Fox River Valley. In today's market, our primary concern is the success of your property.
