$1000 a week, Weekly Rental Minimum
$250 non-refundable deposit to reserve the cabin. Cabin will be reserved on a first come first serve basis, based on receipt of deposit.
$500 refundable Damage Fee.

*$250 deposit needed to reserve, balance of rental ($2000 -$250 +$500) will be due 60 days prior to check in date. The $500 damage fee will be returned within 2 weeks of check out unless otherwise stated.
